Something unique to St Thomas?

When I sail I try to buy something unique to the area - for example Mexican vanilla or tequila, Guavaberry Rum in St Maarten. Does St Thomas have something unique to look for when we cruise?

Rum balls. You can find them at most souvenir stores. Also the assorted flavored rum minis.
