Cruise personaliser

I have recieved an email from p&o saying the shore excursions are ready to view and book but the cruise personaliser is un available ? Has any one else had trouble with it?? We don't sail until Feb 2015 I know it's early is this a mistake do you think??

I've never yet had a problem with the Cruise Personaliser but then I use Opera as my web browser most of the time, but gather from a lot of posts here that some have.

Try clearing our your cache and try again, that may be the solution.

I had problems getting access. After asking the TA they suggested that

I try logging in using my wife's detais and it worked. Seems like they don't always use the first person on the booking.

Worth giving that a try if you haven't already.

I think a lot of the problem is internet explorer.

If we need to access the CP we always use chrome and have never had a problem using that.

Ahhhh Thank you all x I have managed to get in using hubby's name!! Lol :D:D

Check you details when you login under your husbands name. I had to do that as I couldn't get on using my own and it turned out my date of birth was wrong.
