Gem Questions ?

Hi, We will be leaving next week on the Gem and would appreciate any suggestions. Where would be the best place to be for the sail away ? Is it best to go to dinner early in the main dining rooms to avoid the wait and would 5:30 or 6 o'clock be early. What time will the shows be ? And if anyone is back from a recent Canada/New England cruise how where the ports and which was your favorite. Thank You for your help and all suggestions are greatfully appreciated. :D

You may want to post your questions to the Norwegian Cruise Line forum since your questions deal specifically with the Gem.

Have you considered joining the roll call for your cruise where you can meet your cruise mates? If you don't know what a roll call is read here first. This could be your cruise roll call, if it is departing on 10/12.
