Do Not Use Primetime Shuttle

Just returned a few days ago from a wonderful hawaiin cruise on the radiance and when asked who should I use for shuttles from DsineyLand and then back to Disneyland after the cruise I was told Prime Time. First I was given a rate of $46 for 2 people which I did not think was too bad. We were to be picked up at 10a The driver showed up at 1045. The worst was back to DisneyLand. First the driver spoke little to no English. He was Russian. He had no clue how to work the GPS or where DisneyLand was! it took us almost 2 hours to get from the port to Disneyland. Traffic was not bad!
