sorry can not help with the review but having had a look on their site I would say they are on the expensive to very expensive side of pricing

as an example

ATHENS, ACROPOLIS AND ACROPOLIS MUSEUM tour for 5 (2 adults and 3 kids) = $1285 ( 931 Euros )

I have booked an equivalent well recommended and reviewed company for a 5hr private tour in Athens for 200 Euros

If I was to make the tour like for like it would cost adding in the licensed guide and entrance fees 394 Euros (200+160+24+10) $538

Close to $750 difference

For Rome their prices are almost double the best cruise critic members recommend private tour operator in that area and they are expensive to start with
