Well, the last time we were in Nassau in January there wasn't a soul at Junkanoo Beach and it was too chilly to get in the water. We were comfortable walking to the zoo, however, and later in the evening went over to Atlantis by cab to see the casino, etc. It will be nice to explore the island and sit on the beach at the very least. It's very pretty there.

Great place, be sure to wear good shoes so you can walk around, the sand is hot! Flip flops are not the best IMHO if you want to explore.

When I was at Little Stirrup,as I was walking along the beach in the water.

I wish that I had some water shoes, very rocky and I saw Jelly Fish...
