mom2tjanddj Posted May 31, 2017 #1 Share Posted May 31, 2017 My husband can't swim, but loves to see the fish. I want to snorkel so he is willing if there is a shallow area to go where he can stand or touch bottom. Any suggestions? cbelc Posted June 1, 2017 #2 Share Posted June 1, 2017 You can wear a life vest if you do a catamaran. Or buy a snorkel and mask and go to a beach. Or take a semisubmersible excursion and don't get wet at all. Sent from my iPad using Forums
mom2tjanddj Posted June 1, 2017 Author #3 Share Posted June 1, 2017 We do have our own snorkel gear. We don't have a vest. What beach would be best on Bonaire Sent from my iPhone using Forums
cbelc Posted June 1, 2017 #4 Share Posted June 1, 2017 We did the SeaCow catamaran in Bonaire. The staff is really kind and careful with people. They'll tie you into the life vest and watch you if you tell them you can't swim. I used my floaty to rest on while I looked down.
