2016 smoking policy

I have found very differing smoking policies on line, none more current than 2014. Does anyone know current smoking policy?

My husband is a smoker so I can tell you that on the Mediterranea he could smoke on our balcony and on open decks that had an ashtray (we went to the promenade off the lobby and the deck above lido mostly). Also the aft bar had half smoking tables and half non. No smoking in the casino. Hope that helps!

Inside: in the Cigar Lounge, if one is available on board.

Outside: on your balcony, specific areas (small number) varies from ship to ship.
