Booking Amendment

I thought I had witnessed everything with Thomson until yesterday when we received a booking amendment, which I know is not unusual if like us you book well in advance, and as we have three cruises booked first thing I checked was the booking ref which was for one of our cruises LAST YEAR it had an issue date of yesterday together with a reissued ATOL cert . Contacted pre cruise to check if our three booking are ok because of this amendment, they would not confirm anything and instructed me to contact customer service, they could not understand the question, think I was put through to the real Marigold Hotel. So have now shot an email off to after travel and we all know how long that will take to get a reply..

Anyone had any similar problems :confused::confused:
