Hi, & welcome.

Consider renting a car & visiting Timanfaya volcanic park (entrance fee includes a bus ride over the moonscape), then cut down to El Golfo, where the road runs along the volcanic shoreline. Mebbe round it off with some time at the resort of Playa Blanca or Puerto del Carmen, or a visit to Cesar Manrique's house at Teguise, back near Arrecife.

Best-know car rental agency in the Canaries is Cicar.

On Lanzarote they meet you at the port and drive you to their depot at the airport (about 15 mins away). You return the car to the airport & they drive you back to the ship - allow time for this.
