I believe a taxi is $33 for two people, and $14 per person for 3 or more people.

My understanding is Uber NO is limo's and SUV's only and the city has set a minimum rate they can charge. Makes it much less friendly than Uber in other cities. Let us know if you try it and what your experience was.
