Shuttle Fort Lauderdale to Miami Hotel

How does the SAS shuttle work from Fort Lauderdale to a Miami Hotel.

You need to have a cell phone. Do you call them when you get your luggage.

Have to get a cell phone.

Or you could use Go Airport Shuttle with a concession inside of FLL -- book on line or just walk up. SAS will be cheaper but often will not make late afternoon/evening runs to Miami hotels. Good luck! :)
