Disembarking at Southampton

Can anyone tell me what time you can disembark at Southampton? We are looking to arrange our journey home and looking at options for coach / train. Thanks

You can carry your own luggage off at 6 am.

To be honest, I'd allow a bit more than that. I would say 6:30am earliest, but allow for it being 7am in case of any 'paperwork' issues with the ship. As you are on these boards, I'm assuming you are on a RCI ship, so that will dock at the City Cruise terminal. Southampton station is an easy 10 minute walk and the coach station is about 20 mins (or a £7 cab ride). I would imagine Liverpool is going to be easiest by train. If you look on the National Rail site I think you can do it with one change in Birmingham. By NE coach you will probably have to change at Victoria coach station in London (though I haven't checked the schedules!). [Just checked, that has a change in Birmingham too. Cheapest train £55, cheapest coach £18.50]

Plenty of time for breakfast then. As its disembark day, it is the one day I do breakfast in the Main Dining Room...Windjammer will be a zoo (Imagine Black Friday at Asda...you get the idea!!).
