Captain Nights on Ponant cruise to Iceland?

I will be taking a cruise to Iceland on a Ponant ship and am not sure what to wear for Captains Night. I have only cruised with the larger cruise lines and do like to dress up on formal nights. I am not sure it is the same with Ponant. Can anyone help? Are cocktail dresses too much or just pants and dressy top?

Thanks for any suggestions.
