Chase Suites Tampa

Has anyone been there recently? I only need one night pre cruise and the reviews don't seem that great. The price is right, but I don't want to stay in a dump.

Chase suites was nice for us about 2 years ago - nice area with several dining options. Compare to other hotels in the Rocky Point area that offer similar cruise packages, but we were very satisfied with Chase.
