Are taxis allowed to come on to the wharf to pick up passengers? Enquiring for elderly couple who will be arriving on Symphony and need taxi pickup. Also, what facilities are there at Shed 10 if they have to wait for pick-up i.e. coffee/toilets/lounge?

Hi sorry no one has answered this till now for you. Yes Taxis come onto the wharf to an area just out side the terminal, this counts for either queens or princess wharf if there are more than one ships in. The new renovations to shed 10 included bathrooms and lifts. Here is a link to the new facilities.
