Need help re: fare basis/ticket designator # for funpass???

I am trying to put in my info to complete my funpass at Carnival. It asks for my fare basis/ticket designator number...how do I find this? I have looked over my confirmation email that I printed out, and just can't find it. We are flying SW if that helps any. Thanks.
