How Early with RCCL accept luggage for the Serenade?

We are traveling 4/5 on Serenade and due to WWF being in town, there are no reasonably priced hotels on 4/4. Therefore, we are staying at the airport and would like to drop our luggage off the morning of 4/5 and walk around New Orleans before boarding in the afternoon. Does anyone know how early the porters accept luggage for departure?
