seattle waterfront shops-what time do most open on saturday?

We will be sailing ncl star may 10. Pier 66.

What time can we expect to find open shops, etc? Do they try to attract business on sail days with earlier morning hours?

I know we won't be able to board until at least late morning so just wondering how early a start we should get.

The Maritime Festival will be going on May 10th, there is a link below. Also the Ye Old Curiosity Shop's website says their summer hours are 9am, winter hours are 10am, other shops show 9:30am.

Seattle is kind of a banker's hours town (open late, close early). 9:00 would be about right for Saturday.

I know now that we won't need to get to early a start even though we will want to get the cruise underway!
