NCL's Escape to Jost Van Dyke excursion

Can anyone tell me how long you get to stay on Jost on this excursion. On our Getaway cruise it is offered at 8:30 am and 10:30 am. I am torn as to which time to book. I wonder if the 8:30 am run will leave JVD earlier on the return leg, or if that group will get two extra hours on the island? All things being equal I would prefer to get breakfast and take the 10:30, as Painkillers for breakfast might make for a long day, but I don't want to miss out on two extra hours if that is what the earlier time affords.

You are there about 3 hours. Total tour time is about 5 hours. I doubt that the first excursion stays any longer than the second one.
