Cuban fusian US visa question

Hi,

We are sailing on the dream on 30th dec 14 - Cuban fusion itinerary. Can't wait not long now.

My mom is worried we need to obtain a us visa, I've told her this in not the case as we won't be going on us land. But she is worried as it says this in the terms and conditions (think it must be a standard thing) and she said we might be going through us waters.

We asked the travel agent and she wasn't 100% but agreed with me. My mom is still worried so could anyone please let us know the answer for definite so I can put her mind at rest?

afaik no vizas required for british passport holders on cuban fusion

(we are doing this same itinerary..we havnt applied for any vizas?)

Is Guantanamo Bay (nowhere near Havana) considered as US waters ?
