Has anyone purchased anything from the duty free shop at airport before leaving Tahiti? Prices?

Also, has the PG stocked the library with current books in their library on the 6th deck?

On the PG the library has a decent quantity of books with many current authors represented. I have found that the recent books are not in the library. You will find popular titles but they are a year or more old.

Like many others I load up the Kindle before the cruise.

I bought some vanilla since I was never able to get any while on any of the other islands. It was more expensive than elsewhere, but that's to be expected, I think. It was still cheaper than buying it at home.
