Apartment rental in Nice

Did anybody ever rented this apartment in Nice. I find it strange that according to the site it has been advertised since 2010 but there are no reviews on it. Looks like a great place and great location. Any feedback would be appreciated.

Such is the problem with TA and apartments. Although TA does now show many apartments, they have not been a traditional leader in that business. You might take a look at a bigger apartment rental site like VRBO to see if the same property is listed. I would add that we recently did our first rental via a TA listing (for Paris) and everything worked out fine. We do quite a few apartment rentals when traveling, and would also be very hesitant to rent a property without first seeing some verifiable reviews.

It's not listed on VRBO but it is listed on owners direct. Only has 1 review on that site. It's a good review but there is only 1

These are good ones - Citadines Nice Promenade. Worth googling.
