Has anyone used them before? They say they have a private lagoon and with younger children and it being a first time we thought it sounded like a good deal but sometimes that makes me nervous.

Does anyone have prior experience with the Dive St. Kitts operator?

Dive St Kitts has been operating in St Kitts for years. They are based at Bird Rock Beach Hotel. Not a diver but have seen them on the water for years.

FWIW, for kids and 1st time snorkeling, I really recommend shore snorkeling with a pool noodle. Getting in the water from a boat is scary. My 11 yr olds did not like it at all, even though we were at an amazing place in St. Thomas with a great staff. I realized that practicing from land in a non-wavy bay would have been so much better, even if they only saw a few fish. I would ask about waves and how you get into the water.
