Comfort Inn/Atlantis question

I am traveling with my parents, siblings and their children. We are looking for the cheapest way to get into Atlantis. When on the comfort Inn website it says you can't have 2 adults and 3 kids as that exceeds the maximum number of people per room..I am obi not using the room to sleep but only for the day to get the passes to atlantis. My brother and his wife have 3 children so if calling would they make an exception and give us another pass or would we then have to book an extra room just because his group has more then four people? there has to be many families of 5 or more that book rooms so I am wondering how to go about this?

Its a fire law to allow only 4 people in a room. The only way you can have 5 is if one is under 3 years old (and doesn't need a wristband). If you are not looking to use the room at all. Reserve for 4 people and get a day pass at the hotel for the 5th person. They usually sell day passes unless it's a holiday or special event. Or, you can get 1 extra room for the extra pp from your family and your brothers family. Doesn't matter who lists which kids, as long there are adults in each room.

Don't wait to get your day pass at the hotel. Book thru the ship if you want to be sure.

I once went to the hotel and was among the first few people in line to receive day passes. As soon as the desk opened, they informed us that the day passes were sold out (they sold too many to the ships). We were stuck without any options, and were forced to book several rooms to get bracelets for everyone in the group.
