Ruins or Cay Caulker w/ rays and sharks?

So I am having a hard time deciding what to do in Belize. We really want to see ruins but we don't want to do the big trips in Cozumel. I also don't want to miss snorkeling in Belize because of the reef and I think seeing the rays and sharks would be cool. I'm just wondering if we would miss much if we did the ruins instead since we will be doing sting ray city and snorkeling in Grand Cayman and we are going to try to get some snorkeling at west bay in Roatan. Any opinions would be appreciated thank you!

Ruins in Belize. At least Altun Ha. Maybe Xunantunich (long bus ride). If you're not interested in long trips, then skip Lamanai, but if you want to see something similar what Caldwell and Stephens saw back in the 1830s and excavation continuing, then by all means it's the one to see.

StingRays in GC.

Then snorkeling in Roatan, on West Bay with option to hire a small boat and head up the coast to West End for a great less crowded snorkeling venue, is the best place to snorkel.
