Group Bookings

Hi,

Some time ago I posted that it appeared "overnight" the 4th Oct Journey voyage I was booked on "sold out".

I contacted Azamara & my TA & was assured there were no group bookings.

I requested my TA give me that in writing.

Today I recieved the following email.

This is the reason why.

WE APOLOGIZE FOR THE DELAY IN ANSWERING YOUR QUESTION. I RECEIVED INFORMATION FROM OUR GROUPS DEPARTMENT CONFIRMING THAT THERE WILL BE SEMINARS FOR TRAVEL AGENTS ON-BOARD THE AZAMARA JOURNEY ON THE 04OCT14. THIS IS FOR BOOKING NUMBER 1980422 FOR THE GUEST SUSAN .....
