Lady Vidora Posted April 24, 2007 #1 Share Posted April 24, 2007 I didn't gain wait on the cruise, but what I'd lost came back on quick and I've been fighting it ever since. I did join Curves in January, and while I feel more fit....I jogged (if it can really be called that) a mile at once recently. Then we went on a two mile walk/job for charity and that was okay, too. So, it's helping, I just want to see it more! If anyone has info on how to intensify the curves workout that would be great.....sometimes I try to go around four times, sometimes I try to keep my heart up to %80, but some areas, like thighs and abs need some more work.
