ladylyn915 Posted May 1, 2015 #1 Share Posted May 1, 2015 For our day in St. Maarten, we want to take the kids(2 & 4) to the zoo. Afterward, my husband and son-in-law want to then go to The Casino Royale for an hour or two. And, my daughter, the kids and I want to spend a couple of hours on the beach. I thought we could go to Sonesta Beach - but the hotel is an all inclusive and the day pass (if available) is $65 - includes food and drink. I don't think we will be at the beach for more then 2 hours and the pass may not be worth it. Can you get onto Sonesta beach without going through the hotel? Should we go to Simpson Beach? Many many years ago I stayed at Mullet Bay when there was a resort and the beach was beautiful. But, I've read it is an hour from the port by taxi and there are no facilities. Any and all suggestions welcome! Thanks in advance! Linda
