Good Restaurant near Hampton Inn & Suites in Isla Verde

We are flying in a day early and really would like to go have a nice (reasonable priced) place for dinner on a Saturday in a couple of weeks. Any recommendations? We would like something different than say an Outback or a standard restaurant that we have in Colorado.

Zest inside the San Juan Water & Beach Club Hotel is excellent. It's not the cheapest place, but the food was Amazing.

Cheaper places that are close: Made In Puerto Rico, Metropol (Cuban/Brazilian) & Mi Casita. I haven't eaten at any of those, but they are in the neighborhood.

For breakfast Bajuice is great - it's inexpensive, the food was good, healthy and the smoothies were incredible. It's very small and easy to miss.

Metropole. Hands down. 3 minute walk. Authentic. Awesome.
