Southampton - question

Hi We have a hirer ca that needs to be returned around 9.30- 10 in southampton. We would then like to walk/taxi into town to visit a museum before we board the Anthem in June. Does anyone know the earliest tiume for dropping off luggage at the RCL dock?

We were staying in a hotel next to City Dock, which RCI seem to use, and as soon as the gates were open, at 10-ish, we wheeled the luggage through to where the stevadores were standing and asked them if we could leave stuff...they pointed to a place with other cases, so we left them there then walked back the 100 yards or so to the hotel (Holiday Inn) for a coffee until it was time to embark. The cases arrived as normal outside the cabins. :)
