Rangiroa Blue Lagoon (Tereva) Strenuous?

I'm hoping that someone has taken this excursion and can tell me about any challenges such as climbing ladders and/or having to climb into the boat with no ladder, or jumping into the water. In general, any challenge involving having to use my upper arm strength would preclude me taking this excursion. So strenuous drift snorkelling is also out.

Thanks in advance. I'm reviewing my booked excursions in light of some recent surgery I had. Very much hoping I can still do the cruise, but realize some of my activities may be curtailed.

Okay, so it turns out it's not the Blue Lagoon, but the Reef Island excursion.

Really just interested in whether the boat has a decent ladder or not.
