I know everyone is different but check your offers on carnival as I just had some come in yesterday. I booked the Breeze on December 20th which normally would be around $900 a person and paid $100 for an interior stateroom for 2 with a $100 credit making it free although as usual you pay tax and port fees. This is an 8 night cruise through christmas which usually costs an arm and a leg. There were multiple cruises available even during my kids spring break.

We just booked a 7 day balcony on Panorama deck for $120 a person with $50 on board credit. Very happy with this deal we got! Great casino deal! Would have been $50 a person for interior with $50 on board credit.

I was able to book March 2nd, 12 day on the Triumph for only port charges and taxes. :)
