We have one and use it for gas, groceries and anything that we would normally buy. You get 1 point per dollar spent on everyday purchases and 2 points per dollar spent on anything Royal Caribbean, that includes Celebrity Cruises. We are using points to lower our Feb. 16, 2015 Southern Caribbean cruise by $900. Watch your points, they expire in 5 years from date of purchase.

We've had one for quite a few years. I use it as my main credit card and use it for convenience as well as to accumulate points for OBC. We've been cruising twice a year for a while now, and I always cash it out for each cruise or OBC. It probably isn't the best pay out that is available from credit cards but it is specific and that means I can't use it for anything else. DH uses his CC for air points.
