orient beach - where you leave you stuff?

I'm on the freedom and taking Bernard's tour. Since we only have 1.5 to 2hrs at Orient, I plan to spend as much time in the water so no need for an umbrella or chair. Can I just leave my towel and shoes on the beach or should/do I have to rent a chair just for my towel?

You can absolutely leave your towels there on the beach and not have to rent any chairs or umbrellas. We did just that when we were there. We spent the whole morning that we were there either in the water or exploring up and down the beach. Very seldom do we ever rent a chair. We just don't stay in them long enough. :D

Do any of the beach bars offer secure storage for cameras, etc., in case everybody wants to take a dip?
