NCL excursion to Kennedy Space Centre

If the kids like space then I think they and you would enjoy it

there is plenty to see, and the new shuttle Atlantis display is really something

the place has several ala cart add-ons to the basic tour so take a look at the web site. I especially like the bus tour that takes you to the 'old stuff', where John Glenn and the other originals blasted from . . .

it is also easy to rent a car for the day and do this tour on your own. the Space Center is MUCH closer than the Orlando parks - you can see some of the NASA stuff from the ship when you dock. This may provide the opportunity to see a little more of the area, hit the beach, visit Ron Jon and cost LESS than the NCL tour. (I know one excursion, name I will not mention, where the markup is such that you pay $50 for the bus ride . . . on top of the ticket price. That's right an attraction with a $20 admission, costs $70 thru the cruise line where the bus ride is included!)
