I have never, EVER, seen such well-trained, courteous, efficient staff as I did on the Quest a week and a half ago. They were almost intuitive in their level of helpfulness. Everything on the ship far exceeded my already high expectations. An engaging and accessible Captain - what a pleasant surprise! You are doing everything right, please don't stop because I'll definitely be back. Only if you could keep the pool and hot tub open a bit later than 8:15 p.m., that would be great. Overall the best cruise I've ever experienced in over 30 years of cruising, so that's saying something because I'm really not easy to please.
