Visitors Onboard

Tried to search this but must be using wrong terms. Wondering what the protocol is about having guests aboard on Embarkation day? Thanks to Conrad C (a miracle worker I believe) a good friend and her grandson are going to come aboard and have lunch with us and take a look about the SS Discoverer. Quite the exciting treat for a 3 1/2 year old. Seems like we would not want to be in the way of guests boarding so I thought that we should plan to board about noontime and wave them off before other guests arrived, which sounded kindest for all involved. But anyone have any experience or helpful hints? At most there will be 58 people boarding in Palau so we are not talking about lots and lots of confusion.

They need to be screened by SS prior to visiting. Copies of passports submitted to whomever usually suffice. Ask your TA. Enjoy!

That part has been taken care of- we're good to go. Or board, as it were. Just wondering about the actual boarding, etc.
