Avalon tickets

Has anyone had problems with receiving their information from Avalon prior to leaving on the cruise? My TA has been bugging Avalon for the last 3 weeks, and hopefully tomorrow our tickets will arrive. We leave on Friday for our trip to the Galapagos and still have not received the tickets and information.:eek:

OMG I hope this does not happen to us. We are booked June 28 going to Zurich and taken a cruise up the Rhine.

Did they tell you why the documents are delayed? This would truly make me a basket case.
