If you stick with paleo and workout a few times a week (1-3x) doing cardio and weight lifting, you'll lose weight.

Don't think it'll be 100 in 4 months, but it'll be significant.

Paleo wins.

Hi, I was reading some of the threads and I ran into this one and your post in particular. I have over 100 to lose and 2 years ago I committed and lost 80 lbs. On the flip side, I had tonsils removed and then 2 months later had to have my gall bladder removed. My dr eluded that the gallbladder was due to my weight loss. I lost the 80 in about 6 months. I ate correctly and went to the gym 5 times a week. After the surgeries things started to crumble and I slowly went back to my old ways. I am now back to my original weight. Sad since I was only about 30 lbs away from my goal. Anyhow, I need a kickstart. Something. I would very much be interested in what you did.. Thanks,,,

It is quite common to have gall bladder problems following a diet.

You are all so very welcome. I'm happy to forward bc I know it works and isn't one where it costs you loads of money.
