beasfriend Posted April 1, 2014 #1 Share Posted April 1, 2014 What are some "must buy" souvenirs from this port?
Rare crewsweeper Posted April 2, 2014 #2 Share Posted April 2, 2014 It's the cheese, Groumet!;) Try the floating market in Punda. DW picked up some nice tablecloths and linens at the shops along the water front in Punda. We also saw number of shops with that blue delft china figurines and some unique whimsical figures carved out of wood. Plus local things along the crafts market before the swing bridge. But think of this island as a mini Netherlands in terms of items to look for.

Shutterbug999 Posted April 10, 2014 #5 Share Posted April 10, 2014 There's a new Cheese shop opened in Rif Fort - plus lots of other lovely shops here . If you are at the Mega peir you walk through Rif Fort - if at the other dock - walk past the floating bridge - craft stalls on the right and then there is Rif Fort
Nick55 Posted April 17, 2014 #6 Share Posted April 17, 2014 Pick up the pistachio liquor. It looks gross, but is really amazing if served really cold. Don't use ice, cause it really coats the ice cubes and thickens onto them. It is really wierd. But it is great if you cool it in the fridge. Very hard to find anywhere else.
