Sunset Beach vs Secrets vs ?

It's obviously basic economics of supply and demand. If their occupancy rate is low for the date you wish to visit, then they will honor the 50% off day rate. If they are somewhat full, then they won't.

Welcome back StudioMom!! How was the Secret Resort? How long did it take? How much was the taxi?

It was fun. We shared a taxi with another couple who just happened to be going to the same place and they charged us $3 per person. Coming back to the ship, a lady from the resort gave us a ride and I think she said $10 (we paid $15). It seemed completely safe. They have the power area pretty secured. They had gates and only let in a few taxis at a time. My only complaint would be that it took the last forever to check us in. Just charge my card and point me to the beach!

I didn't leave the beach. I need to ask my husband about the food choices. The drinks were good and the waitress was friendly.

Which has best beach? Just two adults so not interested in waterpark.

I read in some other posts that Sunset was a little ran down?
