In Tortola from 7am to 3pm

Coming in on the NCL Escape Wednesday 12/16 and docking from 7am to 3pm

It this enough time to take the regular ferries to the BATHS and back?

We have already been to CGB and Brewer's as well as a short island tour and looking for something else to do

For sure, plenty of time to make it worth your effort. Speedy's has a 7:45 ferry to VG and a 12:40 return, you'd have a good 4 hrs to see the Baths and Devils Bay. You'd be back on Tortola at 1:10 and have time to shop (Sunny Caribbee) or have a bite and a drink at Pusser's a Pub (check their web sites).

Couple more ?s for you please...

1) What should we wear or bring if we're not planning on using the lockers? I believe that you don't want to wear tennis shoes as the videos show water through the caves right? So I was thinking we'd have to pick up those "water shoes" which are like sneakers but can get wet right?

2) Also is there enough room to cross through the rocks/openings if I'm carrying my snorkel equipment in a mesh diver bag on my back?

Yes water shoes would be perfect. We finally bought them a few years ago because most of the beaches we like have some form of rock and they're perfect. I've seen people wearing flip flops walking down and through and I'd rather have water shoes.:p

The lockers are not practical to us because you're usually walking down that path to the beach where Poorman's Bar and the lockers are, walking through the boulders to Devils Bay, and then walking back up that path. But yes you'll be fine carrying your snorkel gear.
