Thank you for the pictures! I will be embarking on 2 august in Amsterdam for the Northern capitals itinerary. Anyone comments or tips both on itinerary and ship? It's our third cruise and first on Costa, our first 2 were on HAL.

Costa and HAL are about as different as two cruise lines can be and still be on the same planet. Especially European vacation times, expect a very family-oriented experience. Everything will probably be very crowded. Personally, I only travel during low season, and I really try to avoid kids-travel-free promotions.

If your travel agent didn't brief you on what to expect, you need to have a serious talk about why they would recommend Costa if you liked HAL.

Glad you liked the photos! Costa neoRiviera isn't currently due to call in Bergen so unfortunately there won't be any photos of her on the blog, at least for a while.
