Starboard side in Papeete and most of the ports.

Oops. Just realized you asked about Princess. Probably same but I don't remember. I couldn't figure out how to delete this!

I don't think you can determine ahead of time which side will be used for embarkation. It's going to depend on which side of the two piers the ship is docked.
