Private group tours?

We are going to be in Barbados and have a group of 13. Some want to swim with turtles, some want to 4x4 to the Green Monkeys. Looking for private tour guides that can take either all of us to both, or some to one, some to the other. Have heard 4x4 described as an SUV and other as a truck w/ benches in back. Prefer an "outside" riding experience.

Appreciate any input re: good touring companies. Thanks
