Anything to do at this port?

Our ship will dock at Kaohsiung, Taiwan for half a day.

We have seen pictures on google of the port and it looks really nice.

Have any been to this port?

Is there much to see at the port?

The ship charges quite a bit for a 4 hours tour so we thought if there's something to do, we might just stay around the port.
