Deep Sea Fishing?

I will be going here for my first time in October and am really looking forward to it. I would like to surprise my boyfriend with a deep sea fishing trip while we are in port. Are there trips that we can buy directly off the ship (not an excursion through Carnival)? Are the prices negotiable/reasonable? Any recommendations? Thanks!

Nothing right off the pier. But you can contact some operators in advance.

Screaming Reels is one, Papa J is another.

Just be advised that Grand Turk in tends to be one of the most expensive fishing places in the Eastern Caribbean.

I'm on the Splendor repo in November and looked into fishing excursions at most of the ports for the guys in my group. The poster above is correct. Grand Turks was the most expensive island for fishing. Also, alot of them aren't deep sea fishing but troll fishing. Not sure if it matters to your BF but something to definately check into before you book. My husband didn't want to troll so we never ended up booking it for the guys.

Out of the 2 above though, a few on my rollcall booked through Screaming Reels, and he gets the best reviews.
