Shore Excursions on Victory

We are going on the Victory out of San Juan in December and would like tips on excursions not from Carnival. We know there are many that are more cost efficient and even better. Anyother tips for the islands would also be helpful.

We are sailing the Victory 10/16. I found all my excursion information on the individual boards for each port. There is a ton of info at each one :)
