Rosebery Posted February 9, 2012 #1 Share Posted February 9, 2012 Hi, I have never cruised FO before but I am thinking of trying to get up a group to cruise in 2013. We know a lot of canal enthusiasts and are considering a Baltic trip which will involve transiting the Kiel canal. Has anyone who has done a group booking tell me whether it is worth doing this in terms of group rates etc and give me any pointers? I know that the 2013 itineraries will be out on 16th so I can't be any more specific about ships/dates/ports yet, but maybe someone has recommendations from experience? Thanks Sue
Rosebery Posted March 7, 2012 Author #2 Share Posted March 7, 2012 It looks like no one has any advice on this, but if anyone is interested I have found out that for 2013 sailings there will no longer be a group booking rate, and while there will be a free organisers berth this will only be achieved when the group size reaches 20, not 15 as at present. I think the OBC is also going.
